Creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly tasty — the perfect crust-free twist on a classic favorite!


Ingredients

🧀 1 (8 oz) package full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temp
🥚 2 eggs
🧂 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🧀 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
🍅 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
🧀 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
🍕 any pizza toppings you love
🧄 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (for sprinkling)


Instructions

Set oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan using a hand mixer until smooth. Pour and spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden on top. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over the baked base. Top with shredded mozzarella and your choice of toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of garlic powder.
Bake for another 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
