Ingredients
โ 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (about 300 g) ๐
โ 1 ripe banana ๐
โ 200 g Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt) ๐ถ
โ 150 ml milk or almond milk ๐ฅ
โ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup ๐ฏ
โ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ๐ฆ
โ 4โ6 ice cubes โ๏ธ
โ Fresh mint leaves for garnish ๐ฟ

1 Wash, pit and slice the peaches. If you prefer an ultra-smooth texture, peel them first.
2 Add the peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla extract to a blender.
3 Add the ice cubes to the blender. If using frozen peaches, reduce or omit ice.
4 Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30โ60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
5 Check the consistency: add a splash of milk if too thick, or a few more ice cubes if you want it colder and thicker.
6 Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
7 Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and a peach slice, and serve immediately.
