Ingredients

• 2 boxes apple Jell-O gelatin • 2 cups boiling water • 1 cup cold water • 1 cup apple juice • 1 cup vodka or rum • ½ cup caramel sauce • Apple slices for garnish • Caramel drizzle for topping


Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stirring 2 minutes
  2. Add cold water and apple juice, mix well
  3. Stir in alcohol until combined
  4. Pour mixture into shot glasses or small cups
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of each shot
  7. Garnish with apple slices
  8. Add extra caramel drizzle if desired
  9. Serve chilled
