Ingredients
• 2 boxes apple Jell-O gelatin • 2 cups boiling water • 1 cup cold water • 1 cup apple juice • 1 cup vodka or rum • ½ cup caramel sauce • Apple slices for garnish • Caramel drizzle for topping
Instructions
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stirring 2 minutes
- Add cold water and apple juice, mix well
- Stir in alcohol until combined
- Pour mixture into shot glasses or small cups
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of each shot
- Garnish with apple slices
- Add extra caramel drizzle if desired
- Serve chilled
