Ingredients

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat, dairy, or soy milk)
• ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso (optional for caffeine kick)
• ¼ cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp caramel sauce (or sugar-free version)
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup brewed chai tea (or 1 chai tea bag steeped in ½ cup hot water)
• Optional: Whipped cream & extra caramel for topping


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk well.
  2. Warm gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until steaming (do not boil).
  3. Add brewed chai tea and stir to blend.
  4. If using coffee, pour it into your mug first.
  5. Pour the warm pumpkin-chai mixture over the coffee (or enjoy without).
  6. Stir in caramel sauce until swirled through.
  7. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel if desired.
  8. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice for flair!

Dairy-free, naturally sweetened, and ready in under 10 minutes!
