• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat, dairy, or soy milk)
• ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso (optional for caffeine kick)
• ¼ cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp caramel sauce (or sugar-free version)
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup brewed chai tea (or 1 chai tea bag steeped in ½ cup hot water)
• Optional: Whipped cream & extra caramel for topping
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk well.
- Warm gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until steaming (do not boil).
- Add brewed chai tea and stir to blend.
- If using coffee, pour it into your mug first.
- Pour the warm pumpkin-chai mixture over the coffee (or enjoy without).
- Stir in caramel sauce until swirled through.
- Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel if desired.
- Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice for flair!
