Ingredients
2 oz white rum (optional for mocktail: skip or sub coconut water)
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz coconut milk
4 oz pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice
Whipped cream (for topping)
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Pineapple wedge & lemon peel twist (for garnish)
Instructions
In a blender, combine rum, coconut cream, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
Blend until smooth and frosty.
Pour into a chilled tall glass.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle lemon zest over the top.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lemon peel twist.
Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical vibes!
