• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ½ cup ice cubes
• Whipped cream for topping
• Ground cinnamon for dusting


Instructions

Add pumpkin puree to blender
Include banana, yogurt, and milk
Add maple syrup and all spices
Blend until smooth and creamy
Add ice cubes and blend again
