Ingredients
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk) • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree • 1 tsp maple syrup • ½ tsp vanilla extract • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice • ⅛ tsp cinnamon • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong coffee • 1 tbsp whipped cream (optional) • Pinch of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Heat almond milk in small saucepan over medium heat
- Whisk in pumpkin puree until smooth
- Add maple syrup, vanilla, and spices
- Whisk constantly until mixture is hot and frothy
- Brew espresso or prepare strong coffee
- Pour coffee into mug
- Add spiced pumpkin milk mixture
- Stir well to combine
- Top with whipped cream if desired
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Serve immediately while hot
