  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 12 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice (optional, depending on berry sweetness)
  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract, pinch of pink salt

Instructions

  1. Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using). Blend until thick, smooth, and frosty—like soft-serve!
    Too thick? Add milk 1 tbsp at a time.
    Too thin? Add a few more frozen berries.
  2. Serve immediately in chilled glasses or frosty mugs.
  3. Optional toppings: Fresh strawberry slices, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of granola.
