Hydrating Fruit Punch – The Ultimate Refreshing Drink for Every Season

  • Author: WAFA LI

Ingredients

• 4 cups cold water (or coconut water for electrolytes)
• 1 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened)
• 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
• ½ cup lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
• 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
• 1 cup seedless watermelon cubes
• 1 lime, thinly sliced
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine water, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Stir well.
  2. Add cucumber, strawberries, watermelon, and lime slices.
  3. Stir gently and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (best if chilled 1–2 hours for infused flavor).
  4. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and extra fruit slices for a vibrant touch.

Why it’s hydrating:
• Cucumber & watermelon = high water content
• Citrus juices = vitamin C + natural electrolytes
• Coconut water option = potassium boost

💡 Make it festive: Freeze berries or citrus slices into ice cubes for a decorative chill!
