Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte – A Chilled Twist on the Fall Favorite

Ingredients

• 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso, cooled (or ½ cup instant coffee + ½ cup cold water)
• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat, dairy, or soy milk)
• 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. In a blender or shaker, combine cooled coffee, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.
  2. Blend or shake vigorously until smooth and frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the latte mixture over ice.
  5. Stir gently and enjoy immediately!
  6. Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top for that signature look.

💡 Make it creamier: Use half-and-half, heavy cream, or coconut milk.
💡 No blender? Whisk ingredients in a jar, then pour over ice.
💡 Dairy-free & vegan: Use plant-based milk and maple syrup.
