Ingredients
• 1½ cups frozen strawberries (or fresh + ½ cup ice)
• 1 cup vanilla ice cream (or dairy-free vanilla for vegan)
• ½ cup milk (dairy, oat, or almond)
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional—adjust to berry sweetness)
• ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
• Optional boost: 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for protein & tang)
Instructions
- Add strawberries, ice cream, milk, vanilla, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Blend on high 45–60 seconds until thick, smooth, and frosty—scrape sides if needed. Add 1–2 tbsp more milk only if too thick.
- Taste and adjust: more honey for sweetness, a splash of lemon juice for brightness, or yogurt for creaminess.
- Pour into chilled glasses. Top with fresh strawberry slices, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. Serve immediately!
