Ingredients

• 4 cups seedless purple grapes (washed)
• 1 small cucumber, chopped
• 1 lemon, peeled and sliced (remove seeds)
• 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
• ½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for dilution)
• Ice cubes (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Add grapes, cucumber, lemon, and ginger to a high-speed juicer. Juice until smooth.
    No juicer? Blend all ingredients with ½ cup water, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve.
  2. Stir in coconut water if using, for lighter flavor and electrolytes.
  3. Pour over ice in a tall glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, tangy-sweet sip of wellness!
