Ingredients
Scale
(Serves 1)
- ½ cup fresh orange juice (about 1 large orange)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice (100% juice, not from concentrate)
- ½ tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 2–3 thin slices fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp grated)
- ½ cup chilled sparkling water or club soda
- Ice
- Optional garnish: orange wheel, lime wedge, pineapple chunk, edible flower
Instructions
- Muddle (optional): In a shaker or glass, gently muddle ginger slices to release flavor.
- Mix juices: Add orange juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, and honey/agave (if using). Stir well.
- Strain (optional): For smoother texture, strain into a serving glass to remove ginger pulp.
- Add ice: Fill a tall glass (collins or highball) with ice.
- Top & stir: Pour citrus mixture over ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with fruit skewer or citrus wheel. Serve immediately!
💡 Pro Tips:
– Use freshly squeezed citrus—it makes all the difference!
– For a frozen version: Blend all ingredients (except sparkling water) with ½ cup ice, then top with soda.
– Make it alcoholic: Add 1½ oz light rum or vodka for a tropical cocktail.
– Batch option: Multiply x6 for a pitcher—add sparkling water just before serving.
