  • ¼ cup Baileys Original Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Heat base: In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, heavy cream (if using), cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, and salt over medium heat.
  2. Warm gently: Heat until steaming (do not boil), whisking constantly to dissolve cocoa and sugar (~4–5 minutes).
  3. Add Baileys: Remove from heat. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream.
  4. Serve immediately in mugs, topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or a cinnamon stick.
💡 Pro Tips:
– For dairy-free: Use full-fat oat or coconut milk + dairy-free whipped cream.
Don’t boil after adding Baileys—high heat can cause curdling.
