Yummy Traditional Pineapple, Orange & Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) 🍍
  • 1 large banana, sliced 🍌
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented 🍊
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or coconut yogurt 🥛
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 🧃
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 🍯
  • 46 ice cubes 🧊
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk (optional for thinner texture) 🥛
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish 🌿

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: core and dice the pineapple if needed, peel the banana and orange, and segment the orange.
  2. Add pineapple chunks, banana slices, orange segments, yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness, then add the ice cubes and milk/almond milk if using.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
  5. Taste and adjust: add a little more juice for brightness, a splash of milk for creaminess, or another teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
  6. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately while cold.
