- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) 🍍
- 1 large banana, sliced 🍌
- 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented 🍊
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or coconut yogurt 🥛
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 🧃
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 🍯
- 4–6 ice cubes 🧊
- 1/4 cup milk or almond milk (optional for thinner texture) 🥛
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish 🌿
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: core and dice the pineapple if needed, peel the banana and orange, and segment the orange.
- Add pineapple chunks, banana slices, orange segments, yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness, then add the ice cubes and milk/almond milk if using.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
- Taste and adjust: add a little more juice for brightness, a splash of milk for creaminess, or another teaspoon of honey for sweetness.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately while cold.
