• 2–3 tbsp balsamic glaze (reduced balsamic vinegar)
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or rosemary)
• Black pepper to taste
• Optional: drizzle of honey or sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix goat cheese with a pinch of black pepper (and honey if using).
- Spread a layer of goat cheese onto each crostini.
- Top with 2–3 blueberries per piece.
- Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze and a touch of honey if desired.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme and a crack of black pepper.
