Description
This cozy casserole is loaded with cheesy goodness, tender beef, and fluffy rice in every bite!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups beef broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, soup, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a greased 9×13″ baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 5–10 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm!
