Ingredients

🥚 3 eggs, separated
🧀 2 tbsp cream cheese
🧀 Cheddar, sliced thinly
🍗 Smoked turkey meat, sliced thinly

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and stiff.
3. Mix the yolks with cream cheese until smooth.
4. Gently fold some yolk mixture into the egg whites using a spatula.
5. Spray oil on a baking tray (or use a baking sheet).
6. Pour the mixture onto the tray, shaping it into a rectangle.
7. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Once done, turn off the oven.
9. Place cheddar and turkey slices on top, wait a minute, then roll carefully.
10. Roll while hot to prevent breaking. Serve with spicy mayonnaise if desired.
