• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
• ½ cup pecans, toasted and finely chopped
• Optional: 1 green onion, minced (for freshness)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in goat cheese or cheddar (if using), honey, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fold in green onion if desired.
- Shape mixture into a ball or log.
- On a plate, combine chopped cranberries and pecans.
- Roll the cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan mixture until fully coated. Press gently to adhere.
- Wrap in plastic and chill at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve with:

→ Crostini or baguette rounds
→ Drizzle with extra honey before serving for shine
