Crispy rolled tortillas filled with seasoned chicken, smoky bacon, and melted cheese — these keto taquitos are a handheld low-carb snack or dinner idea that’s bursting with flavor!
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for lighter version)
4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
8–10 large low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps
Oil for frying (or use baking/air fryer method)
Optional: spinach, bell peppers, green onions, or avocado slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
Spoon a small amount of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Roll up tightly like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.
Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
OR Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve warm with hot sauce, salsa, or guacamole for extra flavor.
