Ingredients

4 small flour tortillas
1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries or bananas
1/4 cup cream cheese or nut butter (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Coconut oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
Spread cream cheese or nut butter on half of each tortilla.
Add sliced fruit and chocolate chips. Drizzle with maple syrup.
Fold tortillas in half to seal.
Heat a bit of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and melty.
Slice into wedges and enjoy warm!
