2 cooked & shredded chicken breasts (or 2 large cans)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (olive oil mayo or plain Greek yogurt)
2 stalks celery, diced
½ cup dill pickles, diced
¼ red onion, very finely chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Lettuce for wrapping or your favorite bread
Instructions
