Ingredients

🧁 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
🧁 ½ teaspoon baking soda
🧁 ½ teaspoon baking powder
🧁 ½ teaspoon salt
🧁 ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
🧁 ¼ cup granulated sugar
🧁 ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
🧁 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🧁 1 egg
🧁 4 tablespoons granulated sugar (for rolling)
🧁 Sprinkles (carrot or pastel)
🧁 1 tablespoon milk or dark chocolate (for decoration)
🧁 3 tablespoons white chocolate
🧁 Pink/red oil-based food coloring


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
5. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until no dry spots remain.
6. Scoop dough (1 ½ tablespoons each) and roll in sugar or sprinkles.
7. Shape dough into bunny heads and ears, placing them on the baking tray.
8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set.
9. Let cool, then decorate bunny faces with melted chocolate.
