Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed (not whipped topping substitute)
• 2 cups white chocolate chips (or sugar-free for keto: ChocZero or Lily’s)
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• ½ cup festive mix-ins (e.g., crushed peppermint, mini M&Ms, sprinkles, or chopped nuts)
• Optional: green or red food gel for holiday color


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8″ pan with parchment (or use mini muffin cups for individual bites).
  2. Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (or 30-sec microwave bursts, stirring between). Let cool 2 mins.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip and vanilla until smooth and airy—don’t overmix! Stir in ⅓ cup of mix-ins (reserve rest for topping). Add food gel now if coloring.
  4. Spread evenly into pan (or spoon into 24 mini muffin cups). Sprinkle remaining mix-ins on top.
