Ingredients
1 ½ cups of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup of milk or buttermilk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. In another bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; a few lumps are okay. Heat a greased pan over medium-low heat. Use an ice cream scoop to pour batter. Cook until bubbles form, then flip. Serve warm with butter.
