Ingredients

🌿 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
💧 1 cup warm water
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🥚 3 eggs
🌰 1 1/2 cups almond flour
🥥 1/2 cup coconut flour
🌾 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
🥄 1 tablespoon baking powder
🍞 1 packet bread machine yeast
🧂 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and eggs.
2. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and sweetener.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
4. Add the yeast to the bread machine container.
5. Transfer the dough into the bread machine.
6. Set your bread machine to the basic bread setting and press start.
7. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread and let it cool on a wire rack.
