Ingredients

🍗 2 lbs cooked/shredded chicken breast
🧀 6 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese
🧅 3 oz diced yellow onion
🌶️ 4 jalapeños (sliced, about 3 oz total)
🧀 7 oz Philadelphia Jalapeño cream cheese
🌶️ 1 tablespoon chili powder
🧂 Sea salt and garlic powder (to taste)
🥓 Crispy bacon pieces (3 slices, or more if desired)
🌿 Fresh green onion (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Sauté the onion and jalapeño in a splash of oil until soft.
3. In a large bowl, mix the sautéed onion and jalapeño with chicken, cheese, cream cheese, and spices until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×11 casserole dish and top with crispy bacon.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
6. Garnish with diced green onion before serving. Enjoy with ranch or blue cheese!
