Ingredients
1 small box Blue Jell-O
1 small box Yellow Jell-O
1 small box Purple Jell-O
1 small box Pink Jell-O
2-16 ounces Whipped Cream, divided
4 cups Boiling Water
2 cups Cold Water, divided
3 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 sticks Butter, melted
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in the microwave until fully liquified.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; mix until sandy.
3. Press the mixture into a springform pan, covering the bottom and sides.
4. Freeze the crust until ready to layer.
5. In separate bowls, mix each Jell-O powder with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved.
6. Add 1/2 cup cold water to each bowl and stir.
7. Chill the Jell-O mixtures in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until thickened.
8. Fold 2 cups of whipped cream into each Jell-O bowl until combined.
9. Layer the first color in the crust, freeze for 5 minutes, then repeat with remaining colors.
10. Freeze the pie for 3-4 hours until solid.
11. Top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
