Ingredients
2 lbs Grass-Fed Ground Beef
1 lb Uncured Bacon
12 oz Cheddar Cheese
8 Large Cage-Free Eggs
1 Cup Sugar-Free Salsa
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Prep your ingredients: shred the Cheddar Cheese and cut the Bacon. Set cheese aside.
3. In a large frying pan, cook the sliced Bacon until crispy, then set aside.
4. In the same pan, brown the Ground Beef, seasoning with minced Garlic, Onion Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt, and Black Pepper.
5. Once browned, mix in the Bacon and transfer to a casserole dish.
6. In a bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Sugar-Free Salsa, and Heavy Whipping Cream.
7. Stir in about 2/3 of the Cheddar Cheese, then pour the mixture over the Beef without stirring.
8. Top with the remaining Cheddar Cheese and bake for 16 minutes, or until bubbly and crispy.
9. Garnish with your favorite Keto-friendly toppings like special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
