Ingredients

🥩 2 lbs ground beef
🧄 1 tbs olive oil
🧅 1 small onion
🍶 1/2 cup sour cream
🧀 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
🥫 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
🧂 1 tsp garlic powder
🧂 2 tsp onion powder
🧂 1 tsp pink salt
🧂 1 tsp black pepper
🍖 16.9 oz Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth
🍄 8 oz mushrooms
🧀 1 cup cheese (shredded)
🥦 Vegetable of choice or keto-friendly noodles


Instructions

Dice the onion.
In a large frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the onion.
Add the ground beef and mix until browned.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings. Mix and cook until the cream cheese is fully softened and incorporated into the meat mixture.
Add the bone broth, mushrooms, and shredded cheese.
Stir and continue cooking until the mushrooms are soft and the sauce has thickened.
Serve over steamed vegetables or keto-friendly noodles.
