Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: crushed nuts or low-carb sprinkles for texture
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch dish or small loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sweetener, melted coconut oil, cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well blended.
Pour the mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top.
Optional: Press crushed nuts or low-carb sprinkles on top before chilling.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours or until firm and sliceable.
Slice into bars and store in the fridge for a cool, creamy treat anytime!
