Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 cup Powdered Sweetener
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
4 large Eggs
1 cup Butter, melted
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Walnuts (optional)
Honest Syrup, Chocolate (optional topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix all wet ingredients until combined.
3. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
4. Combine wet and dry mixtures using a spatula. Fold in walnuts if desired.
5. Pour the brownie mix into a parchment-lined 8×8 square pan.
6. Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
