Ingredients

For the Base:
8 oz softened cream cheese
¼ cup butter or ghee , softened
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness)
1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
½ tsp onion powder (optional, for depth)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Pinch of dried parsley or chives (optional for garnish)
🍞 FOR KETO VERSION:
Use full-fat dairy , low-carb sweeteners if adding to dough-based bread, and avoid processed oils with added carbs. For vegan option, use nut-based cream cheese and plant-based butter .


Instructions

Make the Garlic Spread:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
Add garlic powder , onion powder , Parmesan cheese , salt , and pepper . Mix well until combined.
Optional: Fold in fresh herbs like chopped parsley or chives for extra flavor.
Shape & Chill:
Spoon mixture into a loaf shape on parchment paper or press into a small silicone mold.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours to firm up.
Tip: Roll into a log for easy slicing!
Bake Option (for Crispy Garlic Bread):
For baked version:

Mix garlic cream cheese blend with 1 cup almond flour and ¼ cup coconut flour .
Press into a small loaf pan lined with parchment.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool before slicing into thick pieces.
