Ingredients

🍫 1 (9 oz) bag of Lilly’s Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
🥥 1/2 cup coconut oil
🌿 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
🌰 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
🧂 Sea salt, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-low heat and melt the coconut oil.
2. Stir in the chocolate chips until smooth.
3. Mix in the mint extract.
4. Line a baking pan with wax paper and sprinkle chopped almonds evenly.
5. Pour the melted chocolate over the almonds and spread evenly.
6. Chill in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until set.
7. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt, then break apart or slice to enjoy!
