Ingredients

🧀 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
🍗 2 cups Shredded Chicken
🫒 1 tbsp Olive Oil
🥦 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Broccoli
🌶️ 1/4 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
🥕 1/4 cup Matchstick Carrots
🧀 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
🌿 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
🌿 Parsley for garnish


Instructions

Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat.
Place the carrots, peppers, and broccoli into the skillet, and sauté until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add the chicken to the skillet, and sauté until heated through.
Place the chicken mixture into a bowl, and stir in the cream cheese and ranch seasoning until blended well.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange the cheese into 8 circles on a parchment or silicone mat-lined baking sheet. Leave some space between each circle for expansion when baking.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and turn crispy.
Let the cheese cool for 2-3 minutes.
Place a layer of the filling down the center of each cheese circle.
Carefully, while the cheese is still hot, roll the circles up and over the filling.
Let the cheese cool and crisp up.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
