Ingredients

🥄 ½ Scoop (15g) Vanilla protein powder
🍫 2 Tbsps (10g) cocoa powder
🍬 2 Tbsps (20g) Confectioners Swerve (or monk fruit)
🧂 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
🥚 1 Large Egg
🍏 2 tablespoons (25g) Unsweetened apple sauce
🧂 Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
2. In another bowl, whisk egg and apple sauce until combined.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry until a thick batter forms.
4. Coat a mug with baking spray and pour in batter.
5. Microwave for 30 seconds, check, then add 20-30 seconds more.
6. Cool for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
