Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon, roughly chopped
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons “no sugar added” ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 dill pickle chips, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with seasoning, onion, and garlic.
4. Drain excess fat, then mix in cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Spread beef mixture in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
6. Top with chopped bacon and pickles.
7. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup cheese; pour over the meat.
8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
9. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
