Ingredients

🥜 1 ½ cups superfine almond flour
🧂 ¼ tsp salt
🧁 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
🧄 ½ tsp garlic powder
🧅 ½ tsp onion powder
🥚 2 large eggs
🍶 ½ cup sour cream
🧈 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
🧀 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. In a small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the cheese.
5. Scoop ¼ cup of batter into each muffin cavity, using a spatula to help.
6. Bake for 10-11 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let cool slightly before enjoying!
