Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

¼ cup milk

¼ cup finely chopped onion

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for topping)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.

Divide mixture into 6–8 portions and shape into mini loaves. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Brush tops with barbecue sauce.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).

Optional: Brush with extra BBQ sauce during last 5 minutes for a sticky glaze.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
