Phyllo Baked Brie with Prosciutto and Fig Jam: A Decadent, Crowd-Pleasing Appetizer

Ingredients

🧀 1 whole Brie Cheese wheel (8oz)
🥓 4 slices of Prosciutto
🥐 4 sheets of Phyllo Dough
🧈 2 tablespoons of Butter
🌿 1 sprig of Fresh Rosemary
🍯 1 tablespoon Fig Jam


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Melt butter in a ramekin.
2. Wrap Brie with prosciutto, sprinkle rosemary, and set aside.
3. Layer phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter.
4. Wrap Brie in phyllo, seal edges, and flip.
5. Spread fig jam on top and bake for 15 minutes.
