Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp ginger, grated

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken wings in half of the sauce, reserving the rest for later.

Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Brush remaining sauce over wings and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until sticky and caramelized.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
