Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup raspberry jam (or fresh raspberries mashed)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
Add a small spoonful of cream cheese mixture and raspberry jam to the center of each square.
Fold corners toward the center and pinch to seal. Brush tops with egg wash.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
