Description
Crispy, smoky, and loaded with gooey cheese and spicy jalapeños — these are a flavor explosion!
Ingredients
6 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds optional for heat)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb ground chicken (or turkey)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp smoked paprika
Bacon strips (to wrap)
BBQ sauce or butter for brushing
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, and garlic — roll into 12 small balls.
Chill balls while mixing ground chicken with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Flatten chicken mixture into small patties. Place a cheese ball in the center and wrap fully.
Wrap each “bomb” with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bake or smoke at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 mins, brushing with BBQ sauce last 5 mins.
