Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut manna (4oz/112g)
1/2 cup nondairy cream cheese (4oz/112g)
1 tbsp coconut oil
2-3 scoops chocolate protein powder (~60-90g)
2 tbsp keto chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Soften the coconut manna by placing the container in hot water. Line a 9″x5″ brownie tin with parchment paper.
2. In a food processor, blend the coconut manna, vegan cream cheese, and coconut oil until smooth.
3. Stir in the protein powder until a dough forms.
4. Press the mixture into the lined loaf pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired, and chill until firm.
5. Slice into 8 equal bars and enjoy!
