  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Β½ tsp ground cinnamon

Garnish:

  • Sliced fresh strawberries
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the diced strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then beat until light and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  5. Assemble the dessert cups by adding a layer of cookie crumble, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling, then a layer of strawberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with strawberries and a sprinkle of cookie crumble.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves, if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
