Instructions

1. Mix yogurt base:

In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, powdered sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

2. Spread & swirl:

  1. Line a baking sheet (9×13″ or similar) with parchment.
  2. Pour yogurt onto sheet; spread evenly into a ½” thick rectangle.
  3. Dollop peanut butter over yogurt; swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and optional toppings over top; lightly press in.

3. Freeze:

Freeze at least 3 hours (or overnight) until solid.

4. Break & serve:

Lift bark off parchment; break into rustic shards. Store frozen.
