Browned Butter Chocolate Peanut Butter Mini Cupcakes

I never thought a mini cupcake could pack such an indulgent punch until I blended the magic of browned butter with chocolate and peanut butter. These cupcakes have stolen every chocolate lover’s heart at our gatherings! Deliciously nutty and irresistible.

 


Ingredients

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter (browned)

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup cocoa powder

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/4 cup whole milk


Instructions

 

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini cupcake tray.

2️⃣ Brown the butter over medium heat until it emits a nutty aroma, then let cool.

3️⃣ In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs. Stir in the browned butter and vanilla.

4️⃣ Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, and milk, combining until smooth.

5️⃣ Pour into trays and bake 12-15 mins. Let cool before indulgence!
