For the Cheesecake Dip:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Apple Topping:
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
For the Caramel Drizzle:
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook apples for 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup and cook until apples are tender.
- Spoon the apple mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Serve warm with apple slices, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.
