  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Apple Topping:

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

For the Caramel Drizzle:

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook apples for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup and cook until apples are tender.
  6. Spoon the apple mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until warmed through.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  9. Serve warm with apple slices, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.
