Sugar-free sauces (the classic trio!):

  • Chocolate: 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup or melt 1 tbsp cocoa + 1 tbsp coconut oil + monk fruit
  • Strawberry: 2 tbsp fresh strawberries blended + 1 tsp lemon juice + pinch of monk fruit (you love strawberries—memory #7!)
  • Pineapple (optional classic): 1 tbsp unsweetened crushed pineapple in juice (you love pineapple—memory #8!)

Toppings (mix & match!):

  • Sugar-free whipped cream (you love creamy textures—memory #11!)
  • 1 maraschino cherry, sugar-free or rinsed (you love cherry—memory #15!)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional crunch)
  • Optional: Sugar-free peanut butter drizzle (you love PB-choco—memory #14!)
  • Optional: Sugar-free white chocolate shavings (you love white chocolate—memory #6!)

Instructions

1. Prep banana:
Slice banana lengthwise; place halves cut-side up in a chilled dish or boat-shaped bowl.
Pro tip: Lightly brush with lemon juice to keep bright!
2. Add “ice cream”:
Place one scoop of each flavor between banana halves: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry.
3. Drizzle sauces:
Spoon chocolate sauce over chocolate scoop, strawberry sauce over strawberry scoop, and optional pineapple over vanilla.
4. Top & finish:
Crown with sugar-free whipped cream.
Add sugar-free cherry on top.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, optional peanut butter drizzle, or white chocolate shavings.
5. Serve:
Enjoy immediately with a long spoon!
💡 Pro Tips for Perfection:
Use frozen “nice cream”—creates authentic ice cream texture without sugar.
Make sauces fresh—brighter flavor than store-bought sugar-free versions.
Low-sodium mastery (you love this!):
→ Naturally low-sodium; skip added salt
→ Boost depth with extra vanilla, citrus zest, or cinnamon
Blood sugar friendly (you love this!):
→ Monk fruit + no added sugars = zero glycemic impact
→ Net carbs: 9g per serving (with small banana + sugar-free bases)
Low-carb/keto option (you love this!):
→ Use ½ small banana + double low-carb “ice cream”
→ Net carbs drop to 5g/serving
Make ahead:
→ Sauces keep 3 days refrigerated
→ Freeze “nice cream” cubes up to 1 month
→ Assemble fresh for best texture

Quick Sugar-Free Sauce Recipes (5 minutes each!): 🍫 Chocolate Sauce:
