Ingredients
- 🍪 1 package sugar cookie dough (or homemade cookie dough)
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 🍮 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 🥛 1 cup cold milk
- 🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍫 ½ cup chocolate chips
- 🥛 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 🍫 Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- 🍪 Press cookie dough into the muffin cups to form small cookie cups.
- 🔥 Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- 🍮 Whisk pudding mix with cold milk and vanilla until thick.
- 🥄 Fill each cookie cup with vanilla cream.
- 🍫 Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and drizzle over the tops.
- ❄️ Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
